Last Days to Charge Student Accounts for Fall ‘26:
- 20, 18, 16, 1st 8 week classes-Tuesday, September 1st
- 14 week/Late Start courses-Monday, September 21st
- 2nd-8 Week Courses-Friday, October 30th
OPT Out Deadlines for Digital Textbooks Program:
- 20, 18, 16, 1st 8 week classes -Monday, August 31st
- 14 week/Late Start courses-Thursday, September 17th
- 2nd-8 Week Courses-Thursday, October 29th
Black Out Dates-No Student Charges or Refunds can take place during these dates due to Financial Aid Transmittals
- 20, 18, 16, 1st 8 week classes -September 10-September 17th
- 14 week/Late Start courses-September 24th-October 1st
- 2nd-8 Week Courses-Student Accounts Close after October 30th
Daily automatic charging for Digital Textbooks will begin on Monday, August 3rd.
Charging to My Payment Plan
Just as your tuition and other fees are added to your payment plan, you may also charge textbooks, course materials, and electronics required for courses you are enrolled in.
Laptops are limited to one, per student, per year (365 days), per student account. Any additional laptops must use an alternate payment method.
Non-required supplies (clothing, other electronics, etc.) may also be charged to your payment plan, up to $200 (tax included) per semester.
Once enrolled in a payment plan, you can drop by the Eagle Store during specific dates to charge textbooks, supplies and more.
Be prepared to present your Eagle Access ID as verification.
Payment on your account will take place per your My Payment Plan agreement.
